Case 3. Analytics of dealers' work on requests
Client. A large Russian manufacturer of siding panels.

Problem: We needed to understand what was happening with the orders the plant was sending to dealers. There was no data to choose who to give orders to, identify slacker dealers, or find out who was selling competitors' products instead of ours.

Our actions. We developed a module for monitoring applications based on the Yandex.Taxi principle.
