To add a coupon code to your order form, you first need to install and activate the WPForms plugin on your website.

Step 2: Creating your order form
The next step is to create the order form with WPForms . To create the form, go to WPForms » Add New . You will now be directed to a new page where you can select a template. Here, select the Billing/Order Form template .
