If I start with what our job as an Agency is, in a few words we can say that we connect people looking for work and companies that hire. It sounds simple, but the process carries a certain weight and complexity – but more on this topic on another occasion.
I will go to the end, to the successfully completed processes. This means that we have found the right people for the job positions that are open. When we come to the right people, they are those candidates whose profiles according to behavioral competencies and qualifications are most suitable for the given job positions in specific companies.
But to get here, everyone in this profession knows cayman islands number dataset that the road is long and filled with all kinds of situations and challenges.
I will highlight some of those challenges that perhaps affect me the most emotionally and humanly.
Something I speak out loud about and advocate for is equal opportunities for everyone, in all companies.
My colleagues and I meet many people every day – people with a variety of educational backgrounds. A variety of professions and a wealth of work experience in a variety of companies and industries. A variety of characters, people with a pronounced restless spirit and temperament, as well as those who are calmer and more settled. Optimists and thirsty for knowledge and new challenges, but also people who are a little disappointed, skeptical and tired.
They studied one thing, worked another, dream of something completely different… There are also those who are afraid to dream. In some we see fighting spirit, and some are withdrawn into the zone of safety. Some are braver, and others look cautiously with a dose of fear. Responsible and professional, but also casual and carefree. People with different experiences and stories, all with their own different human destinies.
And all of this is not related to whether someone is male or female, younger or older.
In this turbulent, colorful sea, everyone is equally important, everyone is equally valuable as a human being. Everyone deserves equal professional treatment. Our role as professionals Our job is to find the right person for the right job. And not only that… to encourage and motivate them to grow and develop.
And what is difficult for me nowadays...
For me (and I believe for my colleagues as well), whether someone is male or female, whether they are younger or older, makes no difference to being given a chance, as long as they meet a good number of competencies and qualifications. What strikes me is when I hear one type of comment.
