The same applies to you as to everyone else in the company: motivation will only be maintained when successes are evident. This is the only way you will have the staying power to stick to your personal communication strategy throughout the year. To cope with setbacks, or when things aren't going well. Record what you have achieved. Celebrate milestones. Reward yourself. And don't forget: report your successes back to your team, to those who support you in your personal communication.
There is a separate podcast episode on the topic of securing and organizing support for managers: “It takes a whole village…”
What is a social CEO anyway? Why should all managers today think about their digital presence? What does a good strategy look like - and what do I need to do to achieve it? What can I learn from successful viber data examples? What are the dangers? What is the benefit of personal visibility for me personally, and what does it bring to the company? What is this corporate influencer topic all about? - Oh, and how do I, as a communications manager, convince my skeptical board? I will be addressing these and many other questions - and of course the answers to them! - in my new podcast in the coming months.
In "Social CEO - Executives as Corporate Influencers" I share with you experiences and insights from practice, consulting, research and close observation. There are tips, interviews and a lot of valuable knowledge. And in interviews you will get to know many different executives - those you may have heard of before. But also those who do not yet appear in the well-known lists and rankings.
