Audience Microsegmentation : Some Clusters to Get Started
Although each eCommerce project must be considered as a reality in its own right due to the characteristics of its audience , we may be able to define a set of ready-to-use micro-segments based precisely on purchasing and browsing behavior.

Users who purchased in the last six months, but not in the last three months
Frequent buyers , i.e. users who have made at least 5 purchases in the last six months
Users who purchase only with promotional coupons
Users who have purchased many products from the same category/brand
Users who clicked on recommended products but never purchased
Users who abandoned their cart and did not complete their purchase
Users who have browsed many pages of the site
Users who have long wait times on product detail pages
One-time buyers , i.e. users who have made a visit and a purchase
High spenders , i.e. users who have orders with an average value higher than croatia mobile database the store average
VIP , i.e. users who buy often, spending a lot of money
Lost , i.e. users who have not purchased for too long
These are just a few examples to get started, it's important to identify which ones are most useful to your business goals and modify their terms to fit your business model.

Once you have created your microsegments, the next step is to set up personalization activities .

Here are some examples:

personalize the content of a page or landing page based on the user's campaign or channel;
customizing products on the category page for particular segments (eg: top spender);
insert behavioral messages as a reminder for users who left items in the cart;
sending personalized emails with ad hoc offers for users who purchase frequently;
inserting behavioral messages with one-off offers for users who don't buy often;
Dynamic profiling forms for anonymous users.
