Victor Küppers: life stories full of emotion and motivation

Post by sohanuzzaman56 »

After a failed first attempt at Victor's session at Prestigia (we're glad you recovered so quickly, Victor), today we enjoyed life stories, experiences, many anecdotes from Barça fans and more than an hour of very clear and at the same time fundamental concepts for life, from the hand of Victor Küppers .

Victor guided us through his talk through three key concepts: dentist data principles, struggle and good humour . Few job offers require good humour, but it is essential! A fighting attitude is the opposite of all the excuses, which usually start with: “It’s just that…”: “it’s just that…”, “it’s just that…”, “it’s just that…”. Those who start their sentences with “… it’s just that…” every time they explain a situation, are strong candidates to belong to the group of people who do not transmit light, who are on the dark side: pessimistic, negative and comfortable. Meanwhile, the other person who, when faced with a difficult situation, acts by thinking and saying: “what can I do…”, belongs to the type of people who shine and ultimately transmit light: optimistic, positive and self-sacrificing. And the difference is not whether one has more studies or experience than the other, but whether one has a good or bad attitude.

Thus, the value of people lies not only in their knowledge and skills, but predominantly in their attitude . In a simple formula, Victor graphically explained the multiplying value of attitude:

Person's value = (Knowledge + Skills/Experience) * Attitude

that is to say:

V=(c+h) * a

To have a good attitude we need to maintain a balance between our personal and professional spheres. Does work consume 90% of our time and dedication? We are not well balanced: a family that is not taken care of, friends that are not visited, our own spirit and soul that are not cultivated daily, dry up, resent, break down and can be lost. Without a doubt, it is easy to maintain a good attitude when everything is in our favour, but we must also maintain it in difficult times: “ You don't know who is naked until the tide goes out” . It is then that the attitude of solving problems, struggle, effort and good humour help us to weather the storms.

Victor concluded with three concrete pieces of advice for living life with joy: being grateful for having the opportunity to improve and live each day; having dreams and believing that they can also become our reality; and maintaining and cultivating a good mood . And it is in our hands to apply them daily.

We finished the chat with smiles; we discovered with Victor that good humor, besides being good, is contagious.
