What is the Digital Kit and how to request it?

Digital Kit Program
The Digital Kit is a public financial aid programme financed by Next Generation EU funds and can be applied for by self-employed workers and SMEs in Spain.

Its objective is to subsidize the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve significant progress in the Digital Maturity Level.

Companies that request the Digital Kit must meet a series of requirements , which we will see later, to implement any of the digitalizing solutions .

Who can benefit from the Digital Kit?
The Government has segmented the companies that can overseas chinese in worldwide data from the Digital Kit , both in the call for aid and in the amount thereof, into three different groups:

Segment I: Small businesses with between 10 and less than 50 employees, with a digital bonus amount of €12,000 per company.
Segment II: Small businesses or micro-businesses with between 3 and less than 10 employees, with a digital bonus amount of €6,000 per company.
Segment III: Small businesses or micro-businesses with between 0 and less than 3 employees, with a digital bonus amount of €2,000 per company.
Requirements and conditions to apply for the Digital Kit
To obtain beneficiary status, you must meet the following requirements :

a) Be considered a small business or micro-business .

b) Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Provincial Tax Administration.

c) Not being considered a company in crisis .

d) Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations .

e) Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.

f) Not be subject to any other prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies.

g) Not exceed the de minimis aid limit.

To obtain beneficiary status, it is also a requirement to have the Digital Maturity Level assessment, in accordance with the diagnostic test available on the Acelera pyme platform.
