The well-known Removal Tool from the Google Search Console can be used to remove your own URL from the search results for 90 days after entering it into the tool. However, this does not mean that the removed URLs are deleted from the index, it just does not appear in the search results. This is how John Müller explains it in the last Webmaster Hangouts. If you want to permanently ban URLs from the index, you should first mark them using the Removal Tool and then using a noindex tag

Karl Kratz, who announced his withdrawal from lectures etc. at the OMT, asked Google employee John Müller whether the respective portions of pages with special mobile and desktop content are viewed rcs data usa individually or together. The answer was that everything that can be seen in the fully loaded page structure, i.e. in the DOM, is perceived by the crawler and thus indexed.

On September 5th, Google adjusted its Search Quality Rater Guidelines. On the one hand, content about current events and YMYL websites should be more closely monitored, as hate-mongering content should be more clearly identifiable, especially in the wake of "fake news". Furthermore, it should be clear to users who wrote the content on a website. Users should be able to form their own opinion about the written content of a website and the respective authors of the articles (again with a focus on news sites). The aim is to create the possibility of more information being available about the named creators of the texts. You can find a detailed summary of the guidelines at Search Engine Land.

In many cases, Google only shows the domain instead of the entire URL as before. Before an official confirmation is given, it remains to be seen whether this is a permanent change or just a test
