One month after the office relocation

First of all, it has been a month since we moved sales marketing directors manager email database into our new office in July, and we've found it to be a much more livable place than when we first started.
For example, procuring equipment.

・Kettles
・Keyboard and mouse
・Desktop shredder
In order to maintain uniformity in the office,
The colors of the furniture and appliances chosen are white and blue.
The greenery we received when we moved our office is still there!
I'll greet you at the entrance
We are displaying the items we received as a gift for the move.
In addition, by taking advantage of the free address system, you can change your work location depending on the day.
We moved the whiteboard and held training sessions in the meeting room.
I'm starting to get good at using it.

And one more thing: I've made some changes!
Work hours changed from 8 hours to 7 hours.
One evening, the representative suddenly said to me,
"There's no reason why you have to finish work at 7pm, right?"
Ten minutes after he said that,
"Okay, I'll change my working hours to 10am-6pm."
This was announced at the morning meeting the next day.
The intention and purpose of shortening working hours
The changes in working hours have the following aims and objectives:
・I don't want people to work based on time.
In Japan, the culture is based on daily and hourly wages.
In Europe and the United States, employees are paid on an annual salary basis and are evaluated based on performance and results, not hours worked.
At inglow, we want you to work with that Western mentality (even though we are not on a salary system).
-To be able to use time for the things I want to do.
There are only 24 hours in a day, but rather than spending that time only working, if you can do what you want outside of work and use that time to improve your own skills, it will be a great help in your work overall.
