In the Ads Manager, go to the “ Audience Insights ” tab. Here you can see the industries, education level of your fans, or the pages they like.
In the same tool, you can also analyze your website traffic to get even more information. You can then use each of them to select your target group even more precisely.
Facebook allows you to use many advanced groups that are perfect for new fans of your page. I will suggest you two of the simplest ones that do not require any technical configurations and you can create them right away.
The first is an audience similar to your current fans.
In the Ads Manager, in the "Audiences" tab, select "Create a custom audience" and then - usa rcs data lookalike group. Select your fanpage as the source, and leave the percentage value below at one.

Wait an hour. During this time, Facebook will find people among Polish users who are similar to your current audience. You can suggest them to like your profile.
The second great group are people who are active on your fan page but are not yet your fans. How to reach them?
Go back to the audience panel and this time go to create custom groups. Find the “Activity” option at the very bottom. You’ll have a lot of options, but you’re interested in one – your Facebook page.
In the newly opened panel, do not change anything - simply name the group "Active Users" and limit the time to 30 days back (more does not make sense - these people have already forgotten about your existence).
