Of… brand fans. Have you ever heard that your iPhone isn’t working the way it should because you’re holding it wrong? A radical fan won’t accept that a beloved brand could have done anything wrong. You’re to blame.
Another example is the console wars. If you bought an Xbox, you will quickly discover that some games you want to play are only available on Plastation. You may even start participating in discussions about this on internet forums, just to find like-minded people and calm down with social proof.
