ABAC – The Strength of the Consortium System: watch the video

The last few years have been intense for the Consortium System. And, as a result of the efforts of ABAC, administrators and partner companies, the sector has recorded countless achievements, exponential growth, records and more records.
Let's remember some relevant actions and events in recent years.
2019/2020: the year of the pandemic
Four years ago, we were facing the biggest pandemic in history, which changed the way we live and relate to each other. It was in this context that ABAC contributed to the publication, by the Central Bank of Brazil, of circulars 4009 and 3999 , which aimed to reduce the effects of the crisis caused by the new coronavirus.
In 2020, we also had the publication of circular 4005 , the objective of afghanistan whatsapp list which was to prevent money laundering crimes.
Later that year, ABAC entered into a partnership with the Central Bank of Brazil to offer training for consortium administrators. This partnership remains active to this day.
Within the entity, we reformed the statutes of ABAC and SINAC, and restructured the Committees and working groups. Today, we have 12 active committees, formed by associated administrators.
2021/2022: releases from the Central Bank of Brazil
In 2021, the Central Bank of Brazil launched the Amounts Receivable System , so that individuals and legal entities could check whether they have amounts receivable from banks and other SFN institutions.
In 2022, BCB resolutions 155 were issued , on customer relations, and resolutions 120 and 219 , which established accounting concepts and criteria.
