This is a new feature that shows you keywords that are somewhat related to the term you entered.

For example, when you search for "Paleo Diet," you get the following list of suggestions:

Keywords by relevance: This is a list of keywords that Google considers to be most relevant to the keyword or URL you entered.

Average Monthly Searches: Self- explanatory. However, keep in mind that this is a range… not a super accurate indicator of search volume.
