For example, hosta is shade-loving, so it would be better to plant shade-loving plants nearby. Here are some of them:

roses;
lilies;
juniper;
fern;
astilbe;
rhododendron;
Tradescantia;
iris.

The last two crops will look great with tall honduras mobile database of hosta, but low-growing varieties are best combined with forget-me-nots, lungwort or alchemilla.

Please note! Hosta feels comfortable in the shade of a thuja or garden cypress.

Suitable neighbors for this plant include geranium, fern, epimedium, peonies, heuchera, and all types of conifers.

Hosta and roses
Being the queen of flowers, the rose does not really need neighbors. In addition, it loves open sunny areas. But some crops are quite capable of emphasizing beauty, helping to retain moisture in the soil and preventing attacks by harmful insects. One of these plants is the hosta. However, it is not worth planting them in close proximity to rose bushes. After all, they have different growing conditions. The hosta can draw moisture to itself. As a companion plant, the hosta can be planted no closer than 30-35 cm from the rose bush. It is best to edge the rose planting with one type of crop.
