This year, ICBC has risen by 47.31%, making it one of the biggest winners.

At this stage, the valuation and costeffectiveness of stateowned enterprises, like other large blue chips, are indeed not as high as before the big rise.

However, there are still many central stateowned enterprises that are still in a state of low PB and low PE, and even a small number are in a "negative net worth" state.

Wind data shows that as of December 18, there were about 462 central enterprises iran phone number list listed on the Ashare market, of which about 60 had a PB of less than 1. However, in terms of priceearnings ratio, nearly 100 central enterprises were in a lossmaking state in their latest financial reports PE was negative. These enterprises are generally in the real estate and large infrastructurerelated industrial chains, as well as some manufacturing industries. Their operations or capital chains have more or less different problems and difficulties.

From the perspective of the capital market, these companies currently have little investment value unless they can improve asset quality and effectively increase investment value through mergers and acquisitions, restructuring or other effective means as guided by policies. Otherwise, even if there are policy calls, it will be difficult for the market to recognize and support them in the long run.
