How to decide on a marketing strategy
There are many different frameworks out there, such as 3C analysis, 5 forces analysis, STP analysis, PEST analysis, etc.
For those who are new to marketing, it may be difficult to use frameworks for analysis, so this time I will focus on the "minimum points you should know when formulating a strategy."

The bare minimum you need to do to formulate a strategy

We will focus on "Understanding your company's netherland email addresses strengths," "Investigating the situation of your competitors," "Creating a persona," and "Creating a buyer's journey."

Understand your strengths
An easy way to understand your company's strengths is to ask your team members or sales staff, "How can we sell our company's products?"

There are likely to be various reasons among the answers, such as "We receive orders because we are recognized for our more thorough support system than other companies" or "Our quality is the same as other companies, but our costs are lower," etc. The common reasons
that come up among these are your company's strengths.

If you can confirm the "reason for receiving the order" with the sales representative, you will be able to hear actual feedback from the customer, which will allow you to get a more accurate answer.

First, start by asking the people around you and your sales staff, "How can we sell our company's products?"

Research your competitors
To investigate the competitive landscape
First, by understanding what your competitors are doing, you can see what initiatives they are actually taking and what initiatives are trending.
