The source aspect must also be considered. There are two options here. One is for a source to exclusively serve a single screen. The other option allows for a large network with multiple sources and a very large number of displays broadcasting the dynamic content in different locations.
In retail, point-of-sale displays and touchscreens are just as important as colorful and truemoney database inviting displays in the shop window, which have the task of attracting passers-by and subsequently motivating them to make a purchase.
Restaurants and bars can present a dynamic menu that automatically transitions from the lunch menu to the dinner menu, even hiding dishes that are no longer available. If guests need to be entertained, broadcasting sports programs, for example, is also a good idea.
For hotels, this offers the advantage of being able to advertise hotel events and special offers or provide tourism tips. It also allows information to be made available to specific visitors. This includes, for example, room allocations for conference participants.
At airports, clearly legible displays for flight data and baggage information are just as essential as signs to security stations and for general orientation.
