We provide the optimal IT infrastructure to realize our customers' IT strategies and solve their problems, using products and solutions from a wide range of manufacturers and services (such as cloud computing) from telecommunications and IDC providers. We always take the customer's perspective and utilize the latest technologies (virtualization and other infrastructure technologies) and business know-how for the entire lifecycle of the IT system to provide improvement proposals and solutions aimed at optimizing the customer's IT system.
In order to operate our customers' increasingly diverse system environments safely, efficiently, and at optimal cost, we provide total support, including design, operation, and monitoring, as well as BPO (outsourcing of administrative departments such as business support and help desks), as a stable, non-stop service available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.By introducing an operation management process (based on ITIL), we solve problems in system operation and provide our customers with the utmost peace of mind through speedy and accurate responses.
We have been continuously working to improve our software development processes. Starting in 2006, we established and improved our own proprietary processes based on CMMI, and established them as a development standard (PMS). In 2012, with the aim of further increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving the effectiveness of our quality management system, we incorporated whatsapp number database ISO 9001 elements into our development processes, creating a hybrid of CMMI and ISO 9001. On February 27, 2014, we obtained JIS Q9001 (ISO 9001) certification, a third-party quality management system certification, for our entire system development organization. Furthermore, we are gradually rolling out the PMS as a common development standard across the DTS Group to group companies, with the aim of expanding the number of certified organizations. We will continue to improve our quality through systematic and continuous process improvements.

Information Security
We treat our customers' information assets with care and strive to ensure the security of our internal system environment by implementing information leakage prevention software and thin client software to prevent information from leaking to the outside. In addition, the department in charge of the remote system monitoring service (ReSM) has obtained Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.
Educational system
At DTS, a total of 6,457 employees have IT-related qualifications, such as information processing qualifications, which works out to 2.3 per employee. If we limit this to IPA information processing engineer qualifications, the number is 2,829, of which 1,082 have advanced information processing qualifications such as IT strategist, information security specialist.
