Choosing the right project management method is important in order to work on a project in a targeted manner. There are numerous methods and frameworks in this world for this. These are divided into classic and agile frameworks. Classic frameworks include ITIL and Prince2b or general project management, which is updated annually by various organizations. Although the frameworks have now incorporated agile elements, they are still commonly referred to as classic project management. These are:
