Two years ago, the digital literacy of companies and businesses increased dramatically due to the increased use of tools for projects, communication and knowledge management. This will eliminate the feeling of being overwhelmed by the many new tools. The initial digital improvisation is now being followed by a normalization: "What is learned is lived and thus seamlessly integrated into the daily work process."

So how can we ensure industrial peace and, in particular, bring the two chemical manufacturers email lists generations (don't forget Gen X) into an efficient and, if possible, conflict-free working environment? The topic of working environments or New Work 2.0 can become so conflict-ridden when viewed from the perspective of generations, precisely because Gen Z actually represents a break here.

In this sense, the differences between Gen X and Y were often based on a consistent further development of various topics (work-life balance to work-life blending). Due to the ever-increasing development of digitalization, support was provided here. Support that made many things that Gen X might have liked to use possible, but which Gen Y only made possible in a serious way and to the required extent.
