You can surpass experience with new methods

Post by mstakh.i.mom.i »

In general, the feedback was that I have mastered many skills very professionally - you can see that I have read a lot of books and really learned everything - you can hardly see any hands-on in me. Everything is based on sound knowledge of management and leadership. That made me very proud!

What I lack is experience - but I will gain that now. I need to continue to grow and consistently follow my path. I am grateful for all the feedback and will continue to diligently implement it.

Preparation does not replace experience but it gives advantages
I believe that my preparation was worth it. Preparation is no substitute for life insurance email list experience, but it can help you stand out in the assessment as a junior manager. The extensive knowledge has also proven to be a USP: modern teams often have to be managed with a high level of abstraction and methodological knowledge. Managers with a lot of experience in particular, who define themselves as "practitioners", often lead with a pronounced hands-on mentality, which can lead to managers being overwhelmed as complexity increases and can make them a bottleneck.

In conclusion, in many cases I was even able to outperform much older managers. I think that the fact alone shows that as a young person you really want a job like that. For me, especially as a younger applicant, I have to give it 200% and show that I want it! Nobody runs a marathon without sufficient training! Not even you!
