To use the product catalog, your company must use WhatsApp Business. Then follow the steps below.
1 – Access the settings
Open WhatsApp Business. Click on the “ ⋮ ” icon (three dots) in the top right corner and then on Settings > Business settings .
2 – Access the Catalog
Click on the Catalog option. This option should already be available for all users. If it is not available for you yet, try updating your application.
3 – Add a Product or Service
On the Manage Catalog screen, click the “ Add Product or Service” button.
4 – Fill in the Product/Service information
You can include one or more photos of this product, in addition to the Name and Price. By clicking on the “ More fields” option, new options will appear, such as Description, Link and Product or Service Code.
After filling in the desired fields, click Save.
5 – Share your products during a conversation
Once you've added your products, you can share them during any conversation. Just click on the attach icon (paperclips) and select the Catalog option . Then, choose which product you want to send and you're done.
