Incorrect use, a mistake in pronouncing terms will immediately show that we do not understand anything in this area.

Our mood does not always correctly influence the choice of words that we are going to use. If an unpleasant situation has happened or you have learned bad news, give yourself time to cool down. In some cases, you can set aside a couple of days for this. If time is limited, reread the message you want to send several times. Replace all negative phrases or words with neutral or positive ones. It will be much better.

If you receive a remark that the work schedule is not being followed, you do not need to immediately inform the client that it is his fault, since he did not correctly draw up the technical specifications. This idea can be conveyed to the customer much more politely and comfortably: “When I started working, you had new requests. Together we formalized them as an additional technical specification.
