They are influenced by the cultural characteristics of the environment. In essence, this is a person's need for self-knowledge, self-development and self-realization. According to the author of the theory himself, the highest need for self-actualization is satisfied by a very small number of people (about 1-2%).
Maslow studied human needs and their motivation during his research. He gave characteristics of people who sought to satisfy higher needs. He got a description of 15 qualities of such people:
Objectivity. They perceive the current reality fairly and factually. This is not influenced by external and internal factors.

Acceptance: They see their environment and themselves as they are.
Solitude. They are in harmony with themselves, they are comfortable spending time alone. Therefore, the state of loneliness is habitual and natural for such people.

Independence. This factor directly follows from the state of loneliness. Someone who is accustomed to solitude is completely independent and does not depend on external circumstances.

Connection with society, a sense of belonging to it.
Contact with the environment. When a person is in harmony with himself, he also has mutual understanding and good relationships with other people.
Tolerance. This trait is related to the previous point. A person accepts other subjects and respects them.
Lack of superstition. People focus on a specific goal or object and do not look at signs and signals supposedly sent by higher powers. Superstition does not affect the current process in any way.
Sense of humor. The ability to laugh at the situation and at oneself is a sign of a developed intellect and a philosophical outlook on life.
