The challenge for me was that new knowledge overlapped

Thanks to this format, it was easy to combine work and study when I came back from sick leave. I allocated a certain amount of time in the evenings for the course - I went through the chapter, solved the assignments.

with my experience, or rather gaps in it. I realized that I was superficially familiar with sweden email list sprints, artifacts, and Scrum events. So I often asked myself: “Why am I not using this? And how can I start doing this?” But in the context of my work at the previous company, I could not apply what I learned. So I simply accumulated knowledge to use it in the future. Now I have such an opportunity.

I also visited the skillsetter blog and read articles on the topic. All the materials are short, 10-15 minutes, sometimes even less, but well structured and with interesting tasks. What I didn’t have time to read, I saved to bookmarks. When I have a minute, I return to useful articles.
