Now that you know about Recruiter Lite and what it can do for you, let’s look at how to use this tool to find candidates.

All of these steps depend on you having a LinkedIn Recruiter account, of course.

Here is a summary of the process:

1. Start by creating a list of keywords that describe the type of candidate you are looking for. If you are looking for a web developer, some keywords you could use are “Web Development,” “HTML,” “CSS,” etc.

2. Enter these keywords in the search bar and press Enter.

3. Recruiter Lite will return a list of candidates that match your search criteria. From here, you can further filter the results by location, industry, experience, and more.

4. Once you find a candidate you are interested in , click on their profile to view their board members email list information. From here, you can contact the candidate and invite them to an interview.

5. You can also save candidates, creating a talent pool for future hires.
