To ensure that you can create the best and most personal message possible, you'll need as much information about your potential customers as possible. Try to make sure that the data you've collected thanks to Linkedin Scraper includes things like their name, company and job title, as well as their email.

With LaGrowthMachine templates, you can set up your leads to be extracted and then enriched with ease . This will include displaying their profiles – which they will be able to see – then pulling their data such as email, name, job title, etc. into the system.

Now that you have your profiles complete, you'll need to decide how to contact them. You have three basic options:

Contact them on LinkedIn
Finding your email addresses (more details on this below)
Import those leads into LaGrowthMachine, and let the magic happen .
How to find your email addresses
There are numerous tools that help you find email addresses using only the first name, last name, and canadian cfo email list company domain. Essentially, this can be done in 2 steps:

Generate all possible emails for a person

Email addresses are not generated randomly. Most of the time, email address structures will follow one of these formats, where “f” is the first initial and “l” is the last:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

And some others

Using LinkedIn for cold emailing is a much simpler tool. Although, in theory, you could manually test each one one by one(!), but we have a couple of better solutions for you…

Trying out permutations
The way to test them is by having your technical team run a test, using LaGrowthMachine's system which does it automatically, or by emailing each version yourself.

Assuming you don't feel like doing the latter, here's a little bit about how to get your tech team to do it:

Email servers are archaic. They communicate incredibly slowly. When you hit “send” from your inbox, the servers communicate with each other to send and accept (or not).

But the thing is, many of them just say they accept, but they don't actually reach the recipient at all. And you won't know anything about it. With LaGrowthMachine's technology, you can make sure that your email is not only sent, but that it's not blocked by the servers.

To check if an email is valid, the tools will execute steps 1 through 4, but will never execute step 5 (sending the email).
That's basically it :). It's easy, right?

To test all of the above permutations, email finder tools will generate the permutations and test them one by one, returning the one that the recipient's server validated.

However, you need to be careful because some servers are configured to always answer “Yes” to the server’s question “Do you accept?” This is what we call “catchall.” These email addresses cannot be verified with 100% accuracy.

If you send a lot of emails to catchall addresses, you can end up sending tons of emails to addresses that don't exist. Be mindful of what you send and how you send it so that your work doesn't go to waste.

The good news is that the LaGrowthMachine platform determines if this is the case and will check it first instead of sending it out.

Now that you've found email addresses using LinkedIn, let's start writing your cold emails.
