Responsibility : the manager always vouches for the results of the work of subordinates, he must be able to accept defeats and not shift the blame to others. After signing the employment contract, all responsibility lies solely on the shoulders of people in leadership positions.

Punctuality : Time is one of the most valuable resources and deadlines must be carefully monitored to avoid delays.

Empathy : a leader must be understanding of the problems of subordinates, in critical situations, go to meet them, leaving their principles. People must be valued, their knowledge and skills are the main tool in performing any kind of work.
